True Homes came to us with a very unique project. Create a Homestyle inviting landscape that will form a community. We started out with a sketch it understand the land and the and special attributes our client was looking for example: park for children. We then began to breakdown the landscape and create an flow to the landscape.
2D plans are a great start but it does not give a good feel for the volume of the project and how it will react in the real world. By using the latest and greatest software we can create a 3D world of your project putting you and your idea in real time. With home coming we created the images in 3D to understand what our client was searching for and to understand not only the client but what your community will experience before it is built.
Many different aspects can be decided in using 3D; here is an understanding on how lighting will react with the land and the building.
